This session provides an overview of apprenticeship pathways, qualification levels and applications, alongside employer insights into recruitment, progression opportunities and how apprenticeships can support successful career development.

What will the session cover?

This online interactive session will help you to:

• Understand apprenticeship levels and pathways

• Learn about application and recruitment processes

• Hear directly from a local employer about apprenticeship opportunities and progression

During the session, you will be signposted to sites that can help you when working with a student interested in applying to an apprenticeship for further information.

Who is it for?

This CPD session will be suitable for all staff working in secondary schools and colleges, including those in SLT roles, pastoral roles, teaching and non-teaching staff. It will also be suitable for staff who work across the education sector, for example, those in higher education, Local Authority or charity roles that would like to further their knowledge about apprenticeships.
